I bought a Halloween mask (Jason type) from Mad Hatter Magic Shop. It showed up missing a screen on one eye (to darken the eyes). No big deal". I email them to get an exchange, and don't hear back for a week/. When I email again, they say "They all show up like that, we never said there was a screen on both eyes?. Read our return policy;." Well, their return policy is, no returns.. They justify it by saying you can't return magic secrets, but we're talking about a costume here.. There's no reasoning with these people'.

They ship defective products, they don't accept returns, they don't reply to emails, and when they finally do, they're snide and patronizing.. I couldn't be less happy with my experience and strongly recommend against shopping there. 1292397

The Better Business Bureau ruled in our favor on this complaint. The merchandise was not defective and the consumer was afforded the opportunity of returning the merchandise. 

Obviously the post is slanderous and libel. This website is irresponsible for allowing these kind of posts without getting both sides of the story. The matter has been referred to our attorneys.  

Our business practices are well documented to be some of the best in the industry.

I bought a disapearing *** from that place; well it disapeared up my butt and I have not seen it in a week. I don't know if I should ask for a refund or see a doctor?
